Wayne Hummer Trust Company is prepared to act as executor for the estates of trusts clients or others who simply want a corporate executor. We will collect all the assets of the estate and prepare an inventory. Where necessary we will supervise an estate through probate and prepare a final tax return and an Estate Tax return, if required. If the decedent had a living trust, we will administer the final disposition of assets pursuant to the terms of that trust.
