Steve has combined his extensive investment knowledge and expertise to provide sound and prudent advice to clients since 1975. He plays an integral part of the management team by serving as a Managing Director of Wayne Hummer Investments. Steve also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Wayne Hummer Investment Trust, the Firm's mutual fund family, from July of 1999 through January of 2003.

Steve concentrates on investments for individuals, pensions and profit-sharing plans, IRAs, and IRA rollovers. He often works in conjunction with attorneys and accountants in helping clients with their tax and estate matters. Additionally, Steve is licensed in life and variable life insurance.

Steve graduated cum laude from Denison University with dual majors in mathematics and economics. He furthered his education at the University of Chicago and received his MBA with concentrations in both accounting and finance.

Steve is a life-long resident of the Glen Ellyn area and is active both in the community and his church. He is also a Past President of the Chicago District Golf Association.
